Qualifications or Performance：① The bidder shall provide valid business license, tax registration certificate and organization code certificate (or three certificates in one); ② The bidder shall provide the medical device registration certificate or filing certificate of the bidding model; ③ The bidder shall provide medical device manufacturer license (if bidding for manufacturer); ④ The bidder shall have the power of attorney issued by the manufacturer (or regional general agent) and the medical device business enterprise license (such as bidding for agent (distributor) or filing license); If the bidder is an overseas enterprise, it is required to sign an import and export agreement with a domestic trading company with import and export operation rights before the bidding deadline, and put the agreement into the bidding documents.
